Warranty and return Our products have a 2-year warranty. It does not cover improper use or others that are not attributable to a manufacturer's defect or a flaw in the garment, or not following the washing and care instructions. In all other cases, it will be replaced, or a price reduction agreed, or the item returned, always at the customer's choice. NAADA will be responsible for all shipping costs and the customer will be exempt from any disbursement involved in the replacement or return process. The guarantee document is the purchase invoice, which you will receive by e-mail when making the payment for your purchase. The client must inform NAADA of the lack of conformity within two months of receiving the order.
